Sip & Waffle Express Leytonstone — Restaurant in London

Not bad for some dessert ordered at almost 2am. We ordered the brownie, strawberry cheesecake and the school cake and custard. I liked the brownie but I’d only recommend it if you have a sweet tooth and to put it in the microwave for a few seconds to make it a little tastier. The school cake was good, I believe they put jam under the icing but I’m not completely against. We only issue we really had was that the cheesecake came frozen and not just cold like a regular cheesecake still tasted nice and light). We expected everything to be melted but the ice cream came and it was still intact (3/5 nothing special about the ice cream that comes with the brownie). If I could I wouldn’t give it a star. I ordered a cookie dough which was so cakey and not nice. A Ferrero Roche waffle which had stale Ferrero Roches on it and a stale waffle. And I had an Oreo waffle that again was all around stale. The ice cream that came was icey and frosty as if it was in a freezer for months and I found HAIR in the ice cream too. The food that came didn’t look how it looked in the pictures posted online. Overall I wouldn’t buy from here again or even recommend this place ever. and when I phoned the place a man answered and said this is the wrong number. I phoned again and the call was declined. Not one to leave reviews but this place is a joke I placed an order on Deliveroo shortly after was contacted by the restaurant saying they didn’t have the item I asked for and offered me alternatives I made it very clear that I was not interested in anything else and said please could you just cancel the order and did not understand why the order was accepted if they didn’t have the item. Nevertheless they said no I had to do this myself, and proceeded to making a milkshake of their choice and delivering it to me upon contacting Deliveroo I was credited 80p back for this.
