Smokin Patty's Naaz Multicuisine — Restaurant in London

Ordered Saturday night to our hotel after a whole day of travelling, added a note to call on arrival so we could go downstairs and pick up the food. Delivery driver called rushing us saying to please quickly come downstairs to collect. Went down and no one was there yet. Food arrived and we noticed afterwards that our burger upgrades were missing i.e. drinks and sauces. The burgers tasted okay but sevice like that can be off putting so we just ate our food without focusing on them too much. I was mostly confused with how a place can miss off items from such a small order. Just eat refunded us immediately. Still unsure why the chips are called 'premium chips'. We were excited to try this place because of all the 5 star reviews...

The customer service is outstanding. The food is excellent. The best burger shop in West Drayton, by miles. I had an Uber east from here for the first time two weeks ago, I’ve eaten here 4 times since⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

EDIT: Since the above I've since eaten at Smoking Patty 3-4 times and sadly won't be eating here any more. The quality has deteriorated in massive ways. The beef burger was like eating rubber (not once but twice), the chips are still nice. The wings were inedible. The chicken nuggets had grey meat (very poor quality). Sorry guys, hope you can sort it out and let me know once...

It is my local restaurant and every time I order I am thoroughly impressed. The food arrives right on time, and it is clear that great care is always taken in its presentation. The burgers are cooked to perfection, with juicy patties and a generous amount of fresh, flavourful toppings. Chips are always fresh and delivered very hot. It is evident that the chefs takes pride in their craft. I couldn't find a single thing to complain about.
