We go here very regularly and I can say service is quite bad here we go here because its the nearest Starbucks to where we live. I have a dog and I have been to starbucks in different areas such as Manchester, south mimms and we never get charge for cream for our fur baby and when we tell them that we get charges they say its very petty. However in this starbucks they pick and choose there customers I see them giving free creams to other customers I do understand they can charge we are completely fine its only a little amount thats not a problem but they have to treat all their customers the same they cant treat one better than the other. Also one thing i have noticed the language barrier we cant communicate you tell them you want something they say they dont do that in starbucks next time i go and ask for it again they do it i feel like staff needs more training and staff needs to rotate in winchmorehill. Im sure after i leave this review i will definitely get more attitude by staff in there as they can see our information. Also a little note dogs are like our family and Starbucks is amazing for being dog friendly I understand not everyone has to like dogs but staff should be a little more respectful we shouldn't feel uncomfortable walking into starbucks with our dog..    Read moreI am a regular customer at this Starbucks and I was shocked to finally see enough members of staff at this branch as it is usually understaffed (3 girls and a boy). I believe they are all new employees as I havenât seen them before. My sister and I were ordering drinks and two of the girls were staring at us whilst the other was taking out order. Once we turned our backs to walk away I looked back and saw one of the girls put her hand to the others ear and whispered to her while they both stared at us. This was vert disrespectful and they made it very blatant that they were talking about us for some reason. When my sister asked one of the girls whether there was problem/reason for them staring us down she said there wasnât. I expected more from the company and staff who represent it. As a regular at this branch I enjoy ordering and drinking my coffee whilst sitting in but this experience made me and my sister very uncomfortable and disrespected.    Read moreI went into Starbucks claim for birthday drink stated in my app. The lady at the till scanned my app said nothing come up. She then asked the manager on the shift who didnât seem like she was bothered and made an assumption that I used it before, she said because itâs not store issues she didnât want to help and I would need to contact customer service. I found the way explained things as a manager on shift very unprofessional and patronising. It got very awkward between the lady at the till and myself, as I felt the way the manager was very unnecessary. The manager had said her bit and sort of moved away, I paid for my drink and filled out query form on the app and just waiting back to hear from them. I would definitely be avoiding that store as the customer service standard level coming from manager is poor so I do feel for the staff that work there, they donât have much of an example to lead from.
