Subway — Restaurant in London

Seems like every time I go here it’s new staff being trained who cannot even wrap a roll this basic training should be done elsewhere not on the job .. I was their the other day and some staff member a bloke spent more time trying to chatting up the 2 women before me and asking their phone number then swapping life stories rather then getting on with the job in hand , don’t get me wrong I’m all happy for someone to have a laugh in the moment but not spend so much time plus I don’t won’t to hear people’s life stories on how they come to the UK for the first time and where you from in Europe and he asked them do you like men? which was a bit weird to ask a customer or anybody come to think of it, but in all seriousness I don’t want to hear this and if he what’s to chat up women do it in his own time not my time my lunch time is limited for me, plus I’m waiting and waiting waiting then he was Next ...I said finally! I asked for a subway melt, I looked at him I said the girl before had the same meal why did you give them her triple amount to mine.. He didn’t answer me, he just said cheese and toasted.. . i’m not sure i will go back...

I would give 0 if I could. Customer Service is appalling. Asked to speak to the manager and at first refused to come out and was forced to have a three way conversation. Then he eventually came out. Asked if we could have the salad separate which the manager refused. Then said he would put it in a paper wrapper. Then when I requested all the salad he said no I can't have it. I always have the same subway and this has never been an issue. The he told me what I can and can't have in a very rude manner. The managers name was Omar. Ended up leaving the shop...

As a regular user of Subway, this is the best so far, I was greeted by a girl who SMILED, I asked her where she came from, she said Moldova, the whole time she talked to me, I then asked for a Tuna salad and I have to say it was the best ever. I have always complained about customer service in the UK, I realized after living in France that people are been are treated as a customer rather than a nuisance as we can be seen in the UK. This lovely young lady restored has my faith. so to all people working in a shop please visit here and see how to treat...
