It is big disappoint for a chain shop like subway. This morning I went to the subway, Edmonton Green branch in London, I waited for about 20 min inside the shop, the staff was having some conversation, the lady told me to wait 2 min but she came after like 20 mins. After this when I ordered a footlong sandwich she again went inside and again started talking to other staff, after some time she came back and forgot what was the order, I again told her the order, it was chichen tikka, footlong and wosrt part she gave me 1 scoop of chichen in a footlong sandwich. For Footlong sandwich she gave a 1 scoop of chichen, you are charging me £7.89 for a sandwich and you give us 1 scoop of chichen, she did not packaged it properly as she was preparing it for me, it was not a busy store I was the only customer there and it was 9.30 in the morning. In every subway the pack the food and then charge payment, but she charged me bofore my food was prepared. You are charging us that much atleast give us proper service. Poor and not so polite stuff. Very bad, very very bad....I never expected this...
Read moreThe staff are very very slow. There is no sense of urgency. They are very unfriendly and act as if they don't really want to be there. Need slot of training in customer services. One member of staff is constantly wearing his air pods which should not be allowed. He can't hear a word of what customers are saying. You also have to pay 10pnfor the little bag which covers the sandwich. This is outrageous and should come as standard. They charge enough money. Staff should also be made aware of promotions knowing and checking if vouchers are allowed rather than refusing. Als the guy handling food should not be handling money at the till. Shop needs updating. The benches are worn. Shortage of staff as the other member is busy making sandwiches...
Read moreI visited this subway while I were on my tour to London. The food was ok but the guy at the counter was very unfriendly kind. It felt he was stopping himself to give me a smirk smile for reason I don't know. We told him we would need some time as the menu was entirely different from the subways in my country not that I didn't know how to order. He sounded very cold. While taking our order, he was mostly murmuring words under his breath and I had to ask him to repeat himself again.
