Super Singh’s — Restaurant in London

I've been a customer for 3-4 years and I use to give this place a 9/10, however now it's horrific. The biggest problem is the staff who think they are doing you a favour, we are customers so deserved to get treated with respect. We ordered around £185 worth of food for 4 of us, firstly I'd like to mention that everything is now ridiculously expensive and the quality has gone down. £8.49 for warrior fries is beyond a joke...

Anyways where do I start, we started with soya chaap, the insides were completely uncooked, lollipops all uncooked, chips and curly fries uncooked, lemon and herb fish uncooked... everything was not cooked properly except the pizza which use to be much better in taste compared to now. Mr Singhs pizza's are much better. They also messed up our order. Honestly the last 8 times i've been inside, I've never walked out with a correct order. Without fail they forget to give you something and will charge you for it aswell as acuse you for eating it.

If you want supersinghs, go southall, their quality of service and the attitude of people is much better.

Mr singh's are also much more friendly.

You tell the employee's that the food is uncooked, their response is 'other people are waiting 45 mins for food so I'm doing you a favour giving your food first' this is the most outrageous behaviour...

Food (10/10): I've been driving past this place for years and never taken it seriously. When I looked at the positive reviews I thought that I needed to give it a try. I am really happy that I did! The Pizza dough was fresh! The chicken pizzas tasted just like chicken although they were meat free. The menu is quite vast, especially for a vegetarian restaurant! They do a whole host of other food and not just pizzas. The second time I visited I bouth 4 XL pizzas. BBQ Chicken, Mexican Chicken, Veggie hot and margarita. BBQ was a little on the sweet side, but all were fresh and everyone loved them! This place is now my local goto Pizza place! Definitely would recommend them to anyone living close by.

Price (Avg per head): £5-13. They do a buy one get one free offer. They accept card payments. They DO NOT deliver. Overall excellent value!

Service (10 /10): Very friendly and polite staff. The owner is a very nice senior gentleman. Please note that they no longer deliver. Correct as of 21st December 2018.

Atmosphere/ Occasion: Once inside you don't feel as though you are in Feltham/ Bedfont. It's a nice setting with decent Indian street cafe style decor. Nice and warm also. I wouldn't mind eating here. Parking is just around the corner and free after 5:30pm. I believe they also have customer parking...

I use to be a regular but food has gone down hill! I have also been served a few times by the old Sikh man known to be a "penny pincher" literally; First time he didn't like me paying by card because he gets charged, so what does he do? rounds off my total from £14.79 to £15, than says "I have just rounded it off so less change" SERIOUSLY!!! Another time he says he is not aware of the ONGOF offers on the take away large pizzas, again SERIOUSLY!!!

The last straw was when I went two weeks back, he messed up the order, tried to justify it wasn't his fault, eventually accepted blame and than said "I changed the order, so you get better food!" I really do think for the store to survive, his son should come back, at least with him your guaranteed good customer service.

I would love to see this business succeed ever further, with the correct man for the job and don't mean to insult the elder man...
