Raku customer here. I buy my salad from lidl made by your factory. So apart from the fact I cannot reach you on landline and cannot find email on food label to leave feedback. Anyway I found LITTLE HAIRS on salads numerous times and also kale on sweet potato salad is always bad since day one they arrive on shelfs. Is this a fridge problem from your end or it is Lidl that freezes salad and then kale is bad? Can you guys wear net when you make salads? And can you change kale with something that doesn't look like bad since they arrive "fresh"? Chicken bang bang? Sometimes chicken is only a bite and Sometimes you give a whole roast chicken? Sesame seeds its not always sprinkle on top? And spinach is always bad as well? Have you guys seen your salads when they arrive at the shop? Are you happy to pay 3 pounds for something like this? Edamame beans most of the times they arrive discoloured I don't even want to eat them? Here is your feedback. I would like to go on more detail but I would like an email address in order to do that. What is your email address by the way? Thanks guys I am not sure to recommend or not?

⚠️ WARNING: Potential Hazard in Taiko Foods Sushi Products In a Taiko Foods Raku Duck & Chicken Sushi purchased at Lidl, I found a sharp 15mm bone fragment that could have posed a serious health and safety risk. This was not an isolated incident — I had previously found smaller bone fragments in the same product. Despite reporting the issue and sending the bone back to the manufacturer, I received no clear response or concrete action for several weeks. In my view, the matter was ignored, and communication with the company was difficult and ineffective. Such an approach to consumer safety and lack of transparency is unacceptable in the food industry. I strongly do not recommend Taiko Foods products and advise caution when purchasing their items.

I love trying Asian food in the UK because the creativity and flavours generally impress and sometimes taste even better than Hong Kong. The Taiko prawn cocktail rolls captivated me because I love prawn cocktail but the Asian twist to it was simply delicious. In the roll, there were prawns, avocado and yuzu mayo. Overall, the taste was so good because the yuzu mayo gave it a refreshing twist to the prawns. The only complaint was the avocado as there was quite a good deal in it which I don't mind because I love creamy avocado but it was rather raw which made it crunchy and really stand out in every roll that it distracted me from the prawns.
