Terrible Service Bland food - You get what you pay for.

Came here to celebrate some friends anniversary. For me the food was not up to scratch. A local chinese takeaway could've done far better than these guys. Hardly any taste in their salt and pepper chicken wings, spring rolls were half cooked. Duck was tasteless and dry.

But most of all was the worst service i've ever witnessed. We had a table of around 20. The excuse they gave was that it was a "busy" day! However this is no excuse, we ordered our "starters" at 7pm and didn't receive them until 9pm! To make matters worse they still forgot some of our guests orders and they had to wait another 30 mins to be served.

Around 5 different waiters came to our table. Each time promising to get our orders sorted with no success. Sometimes not even checking orders properly which led to several error on their part. The last starter ended up coming at 10pm! What a pisstake!

This was supposedly meant to be a buffet but its was the worst way to fulfill the demands of the customer. By the time we finished out starter majority of us were ready to leave because it was late and we had far to travel. To think they had to cheek to the then charge us full price even though we didn't have mains!

This was a pointless case of people not understanding how to use their brains and run a business and instead trying to follow orders from "above" whoever that may be. After a long hassle if they had listened to my initial request of "let me just pay for my starters and drinks" individually that me and my wife got, they actually would've got more money out of us. Instead of moaning to each other in mandarin for 20mins!

Needless to say Absolutely a poor experience, never in my life have i witnessed such slow service for really basic...

I've eaten here for nearly 15 years. Food and service has always been excellent. Last night however they totally let themselves down on their customer service. When booking we advised one of our party was Vegan. We were informed they catered for Vegans and there were alternatives available. We ordered our starters and asked for Vegan starters for one person. On which the waitress replied yes. Our food arrived but nothing Vegan. On asking where her starters were, we were informed there are no Vegan options on the menu. Then began the debate by 2 waitresses on what was Vegan or Vegetarian. On explaining Vegan to them, there was still much debate if the food was suitable. Some people are Vegan due to food allergies as is the person in our party. So we were very reluctant to order anything. A gentleman came over and explained there were no Vegan options but he would talk to the Chef to produce one Vegan dish. So this was agreed and ordered. Our food arrived and no Vegan dish appeared, it hadn't been ordered and a bowl of coconut rice was given as an option. Eventually a Vegan dish arrived. Plus the Coconut rice, which we had declined. No-one could explain why we were told there were Vegan options. We would never have booked a table but gone to a more suitable restaurant. There were no apologies by staff at all. Used to be a fantastic place to eat but now unfortunately has gone down hill and I have been a customer for over 10years. It is now run by people who are for ever increasing their already high prices and seem more concerned in trying to grab more money out of you rather than trying to keep their long term customers. Went for a meal with 10 people and some of their dishes had run out despite being only 730pm they kept bringing drinks out that were not ordered and the food was not as good as normal we decided to leave and asked for the bill and due to only having the starter we asked for individual dish prices as did not want the all you can eat. We had to ask several times as they were trying to charge us double for the very little food we ate. Have also tried to order from there and despite all their menus stating minimum order £15 they have now increased this to £20. I would not waste your time with this place as their food used to make it worth the extra money and their service was excellent, now though their food is less than average their service is not good and their prices are way too high. Much better and cheaper...
