Taylor Made Northwood — Restaurant in London

We use Taylor made on a regular basis however have had some issues with the food in the past. Usually it’s resolved well but on this occasion the manager handled it badly. I asked for a Cajun chicken salad and on arrival after it being delivered I found that the chicken was raw. I rang them back and the manager said she had made it herself and that there was no possible way it would be raw. She then went on to say “well what do you want me to do about it”. I didn’t feel comfortable with asking for another one in case the rest of the chicken was raw. I have always found their sandwiches to be to a high standard, filled well, fair priced and the staff are always full of smiles. Their Tea/Coffee is made with care and to a high standard too. I used to hit Costa but found these so good and cheaper too. Amazing, very attentive and great people that work there. The shop is not vast, it has seating for a sit down Breakfast, eat your sandwich and to drink your tea or coffee. Although space here is limited, you could understand being asked to allow others to sit but I have never been or indeed have never seen anyone asked to vacate their table and find them VERY accommodating. I have been to this cafe on two separate days - the 2nd day (yesterday), I visited it 4 times to purchase breakfasts, coffees and teas and lunches for a team working at the Underground station. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and put themselves out to offer great customer service. However, even better than that is their food. The bacon, sausage and egg sandwiches were amazing, (good quality sausages too!), and the toasted ciabattas and toasted sandwiches were excellent. Coffees were very good quality.
