I visited this evening with my friend and I was impressed from the moment I walked inside.
We were late so we had to wait for a table but not for long but I saw this as a good sign straight away because it shows what a popular place it is.
The decor is lovely and very well thought out.
We were given a choice out of two tables and chose to sit in the outside section.
The food was delicious, Asian food catered for the English Pallet although there were some authentic dishes and people from South Asia would love it.
I must say that I loved my food, it was just right and my friend and I commented on on how fresh it was and not at all greasy in anyway at all.
The main thing that really stood out to me was the customer service, this is everything to me. No matter how good a product is if the customer service isn’t good then the product is worthless.
At Temple Fusion Woodford Green not only is the product great but the customer service is wonderful.
Jubail stood out to us so much, he knew everything from the menu, history of the building, and the story of the restaurant. He seemed very passionate about where he was working and was happy to chat with us and answer our questions.
He even gave me a takeaway menu and circled all of the dishes that he recommend I try from different parts of South Asia such as Nepalese.
When I accidentally spilled what was left of my wine, I had drunk most of it, he offered to get me an other glass.
I will 100% be back and 100% recommending others to...
Read moreVerily, upon entering this most wondrous establishment, one doth feel transported to a realm where the senses are bewitched by all that is delightful. The space, ample and wide as a courtly hall, grants thee room to breathe and revel in its charm, never feeling crowded nor confined. The ambience, a perfect blend of serenity and warmth, doth soothe the soul like a summer’s eve, casting a spell of calm upon all who venture therein.
But lo, it is the service that doth truly shine, akin to the loyal stewards of a noble house. Attendants move with grace and swiftness, attending to every need as though thou wert royalty at a banquet. Their smiles are as bright as morning light, their attentiveness a balm to weary hearts.
And now to the feast! Each dish doth arrive as a triumph of flavor, spiced and seasoned as though by the hand of a master. The curries rich and fragrant, the breads soft as a poet’s verse, and each morsel a tribute to the culinary arts. Every plate is a banquet in miniature, fit for kings and queens alike.
In sum, this Indian restaurant is a place where both palate and spirit find succor, a veritable gem that doth shine brightly in the world of dining. A return visit? Most certain, for such delight cannot be...
Read moreMe and a few friends booked a table on a Sunday evening as we turned up we were greeted at the door and sat at our table the menu was given to us which was a bit of a struggle to see as the light was turned down so low none of us were glasses so you can imagine how dim the lights we placed a order for our starters and drinks nobody offered us any poppadoms at this point and realise that the service was a bit slow as when we ordered our starters we had to look around to find a waiter and get his attention to came and take are orders we was the only table in the restaurant at the time eventually we ordered our main course after calling out for a waiter again to come and take the order for the main course it was like they were hiding when we got our main course The food was absolutely fantastic it's a shame the service let the overall experience down if the food did not come out on time then I think I would've given this a three star lucky the kitchen stuff they got everything ready and it came out and tasted amazing unfortunately the service was not much to be desired for that reason I've given it a 4 star. But don't let that put you off the food was very good message to the management you need to work...
