Tesco Cafe — Restaurant in London

Awful experience! Stood at till for nearly 5mins before the women even tried to serve me as she was too busy chatting to a friend and then. they have food advertised on the menus behind the till and when you go to order the women serving you has to check every single time and most of the stuff I asked for they didn’t have or couldn’t sell because of allergies! The look I got when I asked for fish and chips and said normal peas as it’s advertised with both it was like I should of known they didn’t have peas! when questioned why it’s still on the menu the women just kept repeating because of allergies, in any right mind you would remove from menu??!! I’m very shocked with the service this is my third time coming here and last two times when the young lady who normally works is excellent but this older lady was shocking The drinks from the fridge are warm and I have on two occasions before been given ice and a glass but when I asked this time I was told straight away we do not do anything like that and the fridge is broken so you will just have to drink them like that again I informed the women I’ve been given glasses with ice again and was told it wasn’t from here! this lady really needs to be trained on how to speak to people so last time I’ll...

Awful would not recommend it at all, please avoid!

First off was told they had run out of chips and jacket potatoes (why can't they get them from the massive supermarket?) Crazy they can run out with such a small menu.

Waited 45 mins for some all day breakfasts that came with cold toast and really bad food, looked like it had been sitting around for a while. Also had a macaroni cheese which had no sauce at all was completely dry, also came with a very sad browning salad.

Noticed the staff cooking didn't have hair nets (or even long hair tied up) or gloves on and suprise suprise had a hair in my food.

Asked for a refund, when the "supervisor" arrived she was extremely rude and not once asked what was wrong or apologized for the poor food and service.

Will not be returning here again and would strongly advise any one else from...

I went there with my son and he ordered Blueberry pancakes I ordered the Big Breakfast. We had a hot and cold drink each. The food was the worse I have tasted in many year. Cold bacon cooked twice, cold sausages cooked twice burnt on the outside and cold in the middle, beans that had crusted over, cold tomato and toast that fell in pieces when you tried to butter it. The eggs were OK. They offered to cook me another breakfast, I accepted, I thought it could not get worse - I was wrong!. The second breakfast was worse than the first. My son's pancakes were as bad as the breakfast.
