FOOD POISONING ALERT!!!!!NEVER ORDER FROM HERE

My husband and I ordered from this restaurant. My husband within 1 hour developed a severe food poisoning vomitted all night with diarrhoea. I had tasted a bit of my husbands food when he was eating and in a few hours I too developed diarhoea all night. We were sick for days.

When I eventually after days of recuperation contacted the restaurant. The manager did not believe me because no one else said they had food poisoning. She refused to apologise and I was not even requesting a refund just an acknowledgement of the fact that their food poisoned customers. She was very rude interrupted me and never listened to me. Very very bad customer service. She asked me to prove that we were poisoned by a DR confirming that the episode was from their restaurant. No GP can prove that. The only way to prove to this woman would be to keep a sample of my husbands vomit with pieces of aromatic duck floating in it within minutes of ordering to prove to her but somehow she may still have questioned it! Very Disheartening, was one of my favourite Thai and Chinese restaurants. Since they changed a few months ago their food had really gone down hill.

We ordered 5 dishes and they managed to mess up 4 out of 5 on my last order 1 was wrong, ordered Malaysian chilli chicken and received something completely different that tasted like chicken stock and chilli with pieces of chicken in.

The other 3 were always perfect before but the prawns turned up not crispy but flakey and spongey. The red Thai chicken curry was just spicy no flavour at all and the egg fried rice was clumpy and solid more like sticky rice.

The capital spare ribs tasted ok, and the sweet chilli dip was basically sweet chilli so watered down it was more...

Most horrible experience ever. Bought about £40 food. Dropped the food off at home and later found out 1 of the items were missing. It was 3rd on the list on the receipt and was not marked off like all the rest items were. Went back next day and was told to come back the filling day which I did and was told I was wrong not to call them in a hour (which I went back to work) and they did give me it, and they don't mark off the last order which it was the 3rd on the list of 7 items.
