The Apple Tree — Restaurant in London

Today, I was owed a free drink, so I showed my card with the stamps on... the barista told me that the manager said not to allow the card for cold lattes!! She said to call the number on the card... which went straight through to nothing. I feel that during hot whether, to refuse a customer a free drink, that has been earned through customer loyalty... on the basis that cold lattes don’t count, only hot drinks (during summer!!!!!!!???!!) is greedy, inconsiderate and imbecilic. The worst frappé in my whole life. I just asked for a Moka coffee frappé, Is just cold water with a shot of coffee and that's it. Not flavored not ice at all, and for that I could do at home without paying so much. I'm not coming back never. Also we asked for iced Moka coffee and the same but at least more ice than mine hahaaa. Average food, but very long waiting time

The food is ok, nothing special,

prices not too bad either, but the problem is the huge wait for food,

there are alot of old people that use this cafe, they always cause huge delays, a simple sandwich takes 20 minutes, staff are polite,

i wont be back, as there are at least 5 other fast food places on the same road with much...
