I recently had the unique experience of trying Amol’s Vada Pav at Alperton Wembley, and I am truly impressed. I have never had anything like this before, and I must say that the flavors were incredible.
Everything from the fluffy bun to the spicy potato patty was a delight. The bun was soft and warm, stuffed with a delicious potato patty that had been carefully spiced and fried. The patty had a crispy outer shell that contrasted perfectly with the soft filling.
