Nice rustic looking pub when you walk in. There are menu’s on the wall. Pizza’s. Burgers. Chips. To a traditional fry up is available. Coffee to pints it’s all here. There is a small dining room on the left that can sit 18 people. To the right of this there is a small games room with packs of cards. Card and board games available. To the right of the main bar is a large pool room with two tables available. Please note this is on the Hanger Lane gyrotery so parking is limited to and hour that’s if you can find a spot. Cheers DR

Love this pub.. Friendly staff and lovely food..Service is good too. The place is very lively... Ample of space and attached sitting available for eating a meal. Top roof garden available. Can play pool and even poker, table booking available for groups. Best place to watch sports. Good choice of drinks available. With food, pizzas are very common along with the mixed grill. Been there few times.. Feels like I am going to be a regular customer!!

It is popular with locals & work men alike as there is a Premier Inn a few doors down. They also serve food which I haven't tried as yet. A great location to Hanger Lane Station especially if you fancy a quick drink before going into the city.

Nice local pub to me, lovely owners.. A place where you could have after work drinks or just a quick one alone.. Which I did and feel very comfortable doing so. It is popular with locals & work men alike as there is a Premier Inn a few doors down. They also serve food which I haven't tried as yet. A great location to Hanger Lane Station especially if you fancy a quick drink before going into the city.

Visited this evening before we headed home after staying few days at Premier Inn . 1st plus Happy hour 5pm to 8pm so £3.50 a pint, we ordered our meals 2 lots of fish and chips and steak fries for our son. There was a long delay on the food so we ordered another drink. When the food arrived wow, we'll worth the wait very generous portions and the fish was delicious. The best I have had in years and we have an an award winning chippy as our local so praise indeed! My son's steak fries with extra bacon were outstanding too. We are back at the hotel in July and will definitely be paying you a visit again. Also a big heads up to the lovely friendly staff. I forgot my jacket and the nice lady had tried to chase after me but couldn't see us but had it nice and safe when I returned a few minutes later...

We stayed in the hotel next door - 14th and 15th Feb 25 and thought we would order some food to take back to the hotel. We phoned the order through and went to collect it shortly afterwards. Even though we were take away the atmosphere from the man I assume was the owner and that of the locals using the bar was brilliant and so welcoming. Everyone was polite and we even had the door opened for us on leaving. The food was excellent- fresh ,hot and absolutely huge portions. The ingredients were good quality and we were very happy. We were so impressed we ordered the second night as well and if back for the cheer comp at the arena won’t hesitate to come straight back. Thanks...
