It's not friendly place for non Romanian. I went today with my fiance and my friend to this restaurant. The waitress approached us in English which was a good sign. Then when the bill came, there was an item we didn't order but charged for. I asked the waitress why? She started answering in Romanian. My fiance, who speaks the language, told her to speak in English but the waitress refused. Romanian waitress refused to reply in English in England in the United Kingdom. I told her I don't want to speak to you if are not answering in English she left after taking the payment. While we were discussing how rude and racist she was, she approached us again speaking in Romanian and in English asking in THREATENING tone if we want the manager. The manager came, She spoke very good English. I asked her about the item on our bill which we didn't asked for but we payed for it. She started talking about Romanian culture and that item comes with a starter we ordered and we have to pay for it. This wasn't on the menu and no one told us (this complaint will be forwarded to the council, charging extra without customer consent or knowledge). Their prices are already a rip off. On the other side, I asked her if they accept non Romanian customers and told her about the waitress attitude. She said that the waitress was right as most of our customers are Romanian but she will have a word with her. My fiance is Romanian and I've been to Armenia few times. It's a very beautiful country. I've not been treated IN SUCH DISRESPECTFUL WAY like this neither...

Despite its unassuming location near an industrial area, the restaurantās modern, spotless interior and warm ambiance made it a welcoming spot for a cozy dinner. The decor, with its elegant touches, felt like a blend of a traditional Romanian eatery and a small event hall, perfect for a relaxed evening out. The food was the star of the show. I started with the mici, a Romanian classic, which were perfectly spiced, juicy, and bursting with flavorāeasily some of the best Iāve had in London. The sarmale (cabbage rolls) were hearty and authentic, served with creamy polenta that hit all the right comfort-food notes. For dessert, we tried the papanasi, fluffy doughnuts with sour cream and jam that were indulgent and delicious. Portions were generous, though Iād recommend pacing yourself to enjoy both starters and mains! The staff, led by the attentive Catalin, made the experience memorable with their friendliness and efficiency. They offered great recommendations and even treated us to a complimentary shot of palinca, a nice touch that added to the hospitality. The only minor downside was a slight wait for our table, but the staffās warmth and quick service more than...
