Very disappointed with my experience. Ordered 11 bottles and paid for delivery on a specific day. Waited all day but no delivery and more disappointingly no communication from The Grapevine. The wine was for a special occasion and ended up having to go to the supermarket last minute. The Grapevine finally responded to me today (order was due Friday) and provided a poor excuse and a refund on the delivery fee which they legally had to do anyway.
