The Moon Cafe — Restaurant in London

They sent me a burger with DAIRY CHEESE , when I stated that i needed the VEGAN one because i m HIGHLY INTOLLERANT to dairy ,it makes me very sick . When I called the guy understood that he messed up and hanged on my call then ignored two other calls . After we received a call back and although the other guy said sorry he was also trying to blame ME because i wrote my request in the Notes , what are the Notes for then ? When you make mistakes , specially such big ones where people can get sick ( they are lucky i didn't eat it as i realized it was dairy , but what if i ate it and ended up in hospital ? ) at least, and I said AT LEAST try to be professional and not try to manipulate the situation . Will never buy from this place again and i wouldn't reccomend to do so specially if you have intollerances...

Wow I need to tell you about this shop I found out that this man is a very highly skilled chef for most of his life he has been involved in mastering the art of a perfect burger and chicken and stakes it’s only until now he has produced one of the most meaty tasting burgers I have ever tasted I have been a critic for over 15 years and I have never tasted a burger or chicken burger or steak like this, he’s only interested in top quality ingredients and he never cuts corners, he is a innovator always look into perfection very skilled person you have to eat his food to understand what I’m talking about, you would be hooked never would regret it, all so his food is halal, We need more people like you Ali bless you and grant you more beautiful shops, you are the real master regarding...

I would not recommend this place, when the order arrived we were missing around 4 portion of chips. We ordered a different variety of burgers and all the chicken burgers were pink, not cooked correctly, chicken wings were cold and chicken bites were also pink in the middle. When I called up the restaurant I was repeatedly told that 'I didn't know the owners background' which had no relevance to my complaint. When asked to replace the food, the owner said he can but can't drop it off and we would have to pick it up. The response I received from the owner of the restaurant was appalling. I will never go back to this place again and i definitely do not recommend anyone to go here unless you want un cooked meat and extremely poor...
