Viva Mexico — Restaurant in London

My girlfriend and I recently visited this fantastic family-run Mexican restaurant, and we were absolutely blown away. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality that made us feel right at home. The staff were not only incredibly helpful but also extremely polite and engaging, making the entire experience even more special.

We ordered the burritos, and they were nothing short of perfection—packed with fresh, flavorful ingredients, generously portioned, and bursting with authentic Mexican taste. You can truly tell that this is a place run by people who care, putting their heart and soul into every dish they serve.

What really sets this restaurant apart is the personal touch. Unlike bigger chain spots like Tortilla, this place feels authentic, welcoming, and full of character. It’s refreshing to dine somewhere where the owners and staff are passionate about what they do, ensuring every customer leaves happy.

So happy this place has opened! Meican Food is one of my favourites. When i found this place i went three times that week. i couldnt get enough. And still cant!

Not one to give 5 Stars, as i believe there is always room for improvement but cant fault this place at all! The owners are also very nice and friendly. And add to the whole experience.

High quality, Tasty food at a reasonable price. Never left unsatisfied or unhappy in the slightest. I would eat here everyday if i could! I have literally tried everything on the menu and it is all exceptional.

The restaurant is and will be a valued addition to the high street and community for as long as they choose to bless us with there presents! Which i hope is a very long time.

Looking forward to the new additions and expansion to the menu in the future.

Stumbling across this small restaurant was an exciting and memorable experience. Having just come back from Mexico, finding a restaurant in England that has been able to capture the essence and flavour of street food in Mexico while still having its own character is difficult! Lindy (the owner and person who prepared my delicious tacos) was so friendly and gave wonderful recommendations on what to order- she cooks the tacos, fresh - that includes the tortillas… the nachos were freshly cooked as well - right down to the chips!… I honestly cannot wait to go back… All of the flavour, all of the taste, all of the Mexican deliciousness without the potential threat which you might face if you are getting Mexican street food (I’m not going to elaborate but I think you can assume what I’m getting at) … this is a must little hotspot, which may...
