RAW FOOD - STEER CLEAR

We went on Saturday night and I couldn't have been any more disgusted! From the time we stepped in to the place until the time we left was thoroughly disappointing. 15 minutes to be seated whilst we had a reservation and no one was actually on our table. We had to ask twice to be seated. The waitresses did not put our order through and an hour and a half later is when it was actually realized. We had to wait 30 minutes to actually receive our drinks When our food finally arrive it was completely raw, it was dark so didn't notice until it was in my mouth. The Manager asked what we wanted to make up for the error as most of the food was inedible on our sharing platter and we said an actual cooked kofta and 15 minutes later he was back advising they ran out. We then asked for chicken wings and chips and received a few wings and dry chicken breast. We didn't even bother asking where the chips were until we got to the till and he said he forgot. By that time he knew he lost us and we would never go back! At the till the stench of vomit was unbelievable and the bartender tried to pretend he couldn't smell it and said the bathrooms are checked every 5 minutes. Oh and to add the Lychee Mocktail tasted like water! I've never experienced anything sooooo bad in my life STEER CLEAR and I will be reporting them for serving...

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! If only I could give it 0 stars. This place ruined our girls night out. We visited on a Friday night as a group of 5. There were hardly any customers and the vibe was dead. Anyway, we ordered drinks and food almost immediately after we arrived (around 8:45pm). Drinks arrived promptly, although the mocktails were absolutely disgusting and ridiculously sweet. But the worst is yet to come, it took them over 1 hour just to bring the main meal. Considering how quiet it was, there was no reason for them to take this long. Anyway, all my friends meals arrived except for mine and after asking a dozen times and being told '2 minutes' it still never arrived and by then all my friends finished their meal and it was 10:30pm. I literally gave up and asked them to cancel my order but they eventually gave me the food because they would have had to throw it away. I recently visited this place for the first time, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I simply asked for tap water because my throat was dry. Instead of a polite response, the staff informed me that we'd have to order drinks just to sit down. Despite this, we agreed and ordered one sheesha (around $35) for two people.

However, the disappointment continued. Even though we had already purchased sheesha, they insisted that we wouldn't be allowed to sit without ordering more items. So, we ordered two drinks for the other two people in our group. Then, the staff shockingly told us that all four of us needed to order drinks! It was absurd and felt like a money-grab.

Even after ordering the sheesha, they still demanded drinks from everyone. The service was incredibly unprofessional, and the attitude of the staff made it clear they were only interested in squeezing every last dollar from us. Wouldn't recommend this place at...
