I’ve had very poor customer service recently, and this isn’t the first time. The issue is with the MANAGER, Sevim. Every time I visit the store, she serves me with noticeable attitude and unfriendly facial expressions. I’ve also seen her on her phone while on shift, which doesn’t reflect the professionalism expected from a manager.
