Betty Boo's Cafe & Coffee House — Restaurant in Maidstone

Ordered two vegetarian breakfasts and didn't get everything that was ordered but was charged for it. Took nearly an hour for it to arrive and when it did it was mediocre at best and cold.

I find it quite sad that you invited me to contact you via email, I did this and you have failed to reply. I can only imagine you wrote your reply to try and void my review but all you have done is solidify it further.

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately what you served for the large vegetarian breakfast was NOT what was advertised on the board to the right when you walked through the door and what I ordered, so obviously not what you decided to serve me, also I was NOT informed of the wait when I placed the order only when a member of staff asked if she could refresh our drinks at the 45 minute point was told our meal was being 'worked on'. I did speak to a member of staff when we left and was offered a 'drink' at this point I just wanted to leave and was not offered a conversation with you and even if this had happened it would have been fruitless as I'm not interested in any form of compensation. Being busy is not any kind of excuse, As a business in the service sector, providing food in a timely and accurate manner is your primary responsibility. I stand by my review. Kind...

I visited this cafe Saturday and I must say what I oversaw was disgraceful. The staff are rude and quite openly insult their customers because of their own error. I was witness to an elderly woman being called "a stupid cow" by a staff member with a sun tattoo on her arm because she not the customer made an error with her drink and she had asked for it to be changed to what she had ordered..... you don't expect to go some where and pay for beverages to be insulted because the staff cannot get it right. The elderly lady was ever so upset and what an example they showed to the young adults accompanying them. Horrendous service and i wouldnt recommend to anyone unless of course you like to be insulted or witness people...

Well what can I say the place looked lovely, and we seated ourselves, then waited over an hour for food that was warmish and coffee would have been better served hot, and watching customers complain at least three complained over the wait, and then 1 left , others asking for their money back, and another customer how long, will It be ? and then to top it all, customers having to ask others how long were waiting ? Honestly a sham and the tables not cleared what should have been a lovely lunch with husband was awful and won’t be returning shame on you, I do hope food and hygiene also pop in for a visit and they are...
