Frank's Bakery Headcorn — Restaurant in Maidstone

i was visiting family who were on holidays nr Headcorn Village and I called into the Bakers to grab some bits to spoil them......

I purchased some white baps, sausage rolls, long vianeese fingers and millionaires shortbread.

The service was good, I was served by a young lady with blonde hair, she was amazingly helpful and polite 👍🏼 When I arrived at my destination my family dived in to the goodies but unfortunately the chocolate on the millionaires shortbread looked as though it had gone off as the chocolate had gone a lighter colour in places, fortunately the fingers and sausages rolls were big enough to cut up and share so it wasn't a complete disaster

I ordered my son's 1st birthday cake from this bakery and on collection it did not disappoint. However within a couple of hours of getting it home all of the decorative icing around the top of the cake had slide down the side and left the cake looking truely awful. After ringing the bakery twice they reluctantly told me to take it back so they could sort it out and on doing so they took one glance at it and told me there was nothing they could do and even went as far as to tell me it was my fault!!!!!! Decided on five stars as never been here before, but was pleasantly surprised with the food quality and the price. Found the array of products to be quite nice and I have never experienced a desire for thirst after a bacon and egg roll like I did here as it was really nice quality ingredients.
