Pizza Go Go — Restaurant in Maidstone

I feel compelled to warn others about my recent experience with Pizza GoGo. After ordering a pizza from this branch, my daughter became violently ill and was rushed to hospital, where she was diagnosed with food poisoning. This was a terrifying ordeal for our family and absolutely unacceptable.

Food safety and hygiene standards should never be compromised. For a child to become so sick from a meal is shocking and deeply concerning. I urge anyone considering ordering from here to think very carefully about the risks.

I will be filing an official complaint with both the management and the local food safety authorities, and I strongly encourage others who have had similar experiences to do the same. Public health and customer safety must come first, and this incident should be fully investigated without delay.

unfortunately we are going to have to move away from ordering at pizza go go. Not for the first time we ordered and it was ridiculously late. we ordered at 7.20 at 9.15 i rang up asking where our food was only to have the man on the phone go quite and then trying to say he will ring the delivery driver just as he was doing this the driver showed up i told him not to bother as he was at ours but he continually carried on saying the same thing until i said curtly he was there. then said they was busy i said a phone call would have been nice as an update. then he replied saying it was busy. we must be really unlucky as the last 4 orders we have had have been really late and some have been in the day. we ended up with cold pizza and sides what a waste of money....
