Domino's Pizza - Maldon — Restaurant in Maldon

Ordered food in store using the collection only deals, was then overcharged by £13 and when questioned was told that buy one get one free wasn't included, something that domino's is renowned for. The manager then came forward and when explained he agreed we had been over charged and a refund was to be made. A refund couldn't be done in store, for some reason, but a mobile number was taken and was told the head office would be calling in a few hours. 48 hrs later no call had been attempted leaving us to chase up the refund. The service was horrendous, we waited for the pizzas and was never called forward when they were ready, we then asked how long they will be and the manager then got them for us. We said how comes we haven't been called forward? Reply was just "sorry". Completely unacceptable. We had been waiting for 30 minutes. The food was dire! The thin based pizza was like eating rice paper, only 1 slice was actually eaten. And obviously by the time we got home, all of a 4 minute drive, all the pizzas was luke warm and not enjoyable.

As someone used to serving First Class passengers who expect flavour with altitude, I have to say Domino’s Loaded Veg with Chicken was a serious cabin pressure drop. Normally I love Domino’s reliable, hot, cheesy, and full of flavour but this was a mid-flight disappointment. Ordered for a delivery they took my order and my money and said it would arrive with 30-40 mins then never arrived.
