We had the most awesome experience with The Escape Rooms @ Maldon, or family played "Rob The Bank" and that we did !, the staff were all amazing whether it was getting you through the red tape to start with right through to guiding us with the game task ahead, but what struck you most was just how happy the all genuinely seemed to be at work and interacting with the customers... that mixed with the terrific props , wardrobe and interactive scenery (all covid friendly 😁) made for the cherry ontop of our Birthday celebrations... can't thank all the staff enough for a great time especially Kim our guide , we will definitely be back for more adventures and highly recommend to everyone, many...

Today we played 2 escape rooms here, we did Deep Trouble first with our games master Callum and then afterwards we played Rob The Bank with our second games host Archie!

Both rooms were absolutely amazing and we all loved how large the sets were. Our 2 games masters Callum and Archie were both awesome, clearly showing an enthusiasm for escape rooms as well as helping us all along the way ! The rooms were challenging enough with a range of padlocks to open, and all in all they were SO much fun which made the experience so much better.

A fantastic way to spend an hour! We have been to several different escape rooms but I have to say the KNOW ESCAPE is on of our favourites! The games are well thought out and written brilliantly.

We went back the first day they were allowed to open since lockdown and we were really impressed with the new set up. We all wore masks including the games master and there were at least 2 bottles of hand gel in the game. The room had a the distinct smell of cleaner that was highly reassuring. We felt well looked...
