Mr Thom's — Restaurant in Malvern Hills

Went on Saturday.,17th of February 2024..,with a friend,was seated approximately fifteen minutes with zero acknowledgement from staff.,busy to be fair. Another couple came in.,and before their bottoms had hit the seats..,the waitress came and asked what they'd like to order. We left. Been there lots of times,spent lots of money., great service,great food,but please observe who's who and what's what.,and what order its in. Shan't use you again, dismal service.,went a few doors up and were served immediately. I've reviewed you before positively, but nothing good to say about...

I was there a few days ago and it honstly wasn't great it started of ok the starters were alright but when my main dish came out I got a stake and chips and they were stone cold I could also hear arguing from the back and when my waitier was talking to me he was up right disrespectful did not want to be there and when he brought out my food he did not even hand me my plate he may as well of threw it it was that aggressive anyway I do not recommend...

Visited Tenbury for a short break and stopped at the shop for some treats, not realising there was a cafe next door. Returned for a breakfast before going home and what a treat it was. We ordered 4 breakfasts and they were brilliant - all freshly cooked to order, not greasy, eggs as we wanted them and served hot.
