Visited this fine cafe on Saturday 12 April at 12noon. It was a first time visit with my wife and sister in law who will be celebrating her 90th Birthday on Sunday 13th April. I chose this cafe on line as one of my sister in law's Birthday treats. I had reserved a table and this was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. The menu was impressive and we ended up having delicious sandwiches and soup. Despite the fact we were full we decided to indulge in a pudding. Loads to choose from including home made cakes and scones. We also took home scones and cake to enjoy later. Read morePoolbrook cafe is just delightful. I have had many a cooked breakfast eaten inside and the quality never fails. The sourdough bread is the best ever. As for their afternoon teas, well they are amazing. During lockdown myself, friends and family have all enjoyed such a treat.
