Completely made wrong ordered a vegan patty plus spicy Italian. All the stuff that was meant to be on the vegan patty was on the spicy Italian and vice versa. Phoned up said come collect new ones said don't drive hence why I ordered food. Said nothing we can do then. If there was a choice of no stars that would’ve been what I would’ve put. I know things have gone up in price but this is ridiculous. Meant to be nachos for 2 and just look at the state of them, nothing on them really and stale, the pigs in blanket were gross too. The only thing that was nice was the sandwich itself but even that wasn’t the best, salad didn’t taste as fresh, it was cold, it just wasn’t as nice as it used to be! Staff always seem to have a really bad attitude, literally throwing food across the counter (took too many pieces of ham, slapped it on the counter to separate the slices then threw it to the container!)

Always seeing cross contamination of food, wouldn’t recommend non-meat eaters here as there is always a bit of meat in the salad containers. My wife had to ask for onion to be removed from her sub because there were pieces of it in the sweetcorn tub which she had requested.
