Worst caffe in Manchester rude abrupt lady on the counter I rang up with problems about my food and the price changed for the same thing two days running different portions and tray sizes and when questioned about it i got screamed at down the phone and got told to come to the caffe if I have a problem gonna make it my mission to make sure this women gets aired for what she is I have a recording of her screaming down the phones that’s already on Facebook tick tock and instagram no customer service skills what so ever and obviously needs a good dose of anger management the food from here is amazing by the way on point in every way but after today’s experience I won’t be ordering...

Got a breakfast barm, sausages, bacon, egg, beans and mushrooms and a fat barm for £3.60. Everything cooked right, I know alot of places get this wrong.
