Bussin — Restaurant in Manchester

1st time trying this place and here's what I ordered.

chick crate (munch box) £8.49 & Chicken Shashlik and chips £6.50

Here's my rating and thoughts for each item

1 spicy dip fillet burger (you can get it plain too) Rating 10/10 Amazing burger super succulent ,spicy with high quality mayo that's very creamy and soothing ,the batter held a slight crisp too even tho it was dipped which I like alot

2 spicy wings (you can get plain to) Rating 9/10 Very similar to the fillet burger however the batter doesnt have any crisp to it but still very nice and tender

Chips 8/10 Perfect amount of crispyness to the chip and was complemented with peri salt and cheese sauce HOWEVER the portion was small as you can see from the picture I uploaded

Stir fried donner 8/10 Very juicy donner thats stir fried in there chilli sauce along with the Perfect amount of peppers and onion again like with the chips the portion was small

Drink 7/10 Very small selection of drinks however it was nice and cold

This munch box reminds me alot of Krave Corner in rochdale which is slightly cheaper than Bussin and very similar quality and taste too.

1x chicken shashlik & chips 6/10 Chicken taste boiled then slightly grilled and not enough spice , shashlik is suppose to be very spicy and creamy this taste mild and portion was small too, I don't understand why its in a cardboard box ,the box got very soft, they should make it the same way like they make the grilled donner and chips in there metal tray with salad.

They should also make a new crate like the chicken crate but remove the grilled donner and put chicken shahlik in there.

Overall a decent place that could do with some improvemnts , the place is new so hopefully they take...

Well where do I start... This place was an absolute disappointment, we ordered some pizzas from here. When the pizzas arrived they were so cold I had to defrost the icicles that had formed but don't worry my microwave did the trick. Let's talk about the pizza, what pizza? It tasted like a sprinkle of cheese, a tub of ketchup on some toast, absolutely disgusting! I would have thought you would have gotten the cheese and base of a pizza on point, after all youre a pizza shop. But no you decide to cut corners and costs by sprinkling a little bit of cheese on 👏. Let's get to the toppings, other than the non existent cheese, the chicken pieces were rock solid and crisping away like a digestive biscuit. If you're going to stick an oreo like chicken piece on your pizzas at least add some flavour to it! It was as bland as grass, I'd rather stick an ice cube in my mouth! Overall its the intention that counts, making a pizza can be a daunting task so hats off for the effort (or the lack of it..). Wouldn't be ordering from...

I just witnessed the worker ask the uber delivery driver why did you press the waiting button disgustingly like he was talking to a second class citizen. The uber driver told him why is the food ready ? The worker replied no so the uber driver said that's why I pressed waiting to let the customer know that they haven't got the food ready but they are saying to foods ready to pick up. So the workers forced the driver to cancel the order. They were being rude also talking in there native language where am sure the uber driver would not understand what these workers are saying about him. I placed a order and did not pay I walked out with the driver because am not going to pay to these type of business. Awful people.
