How this place has such a high rating is beyond me. The sandwiches look like tigger has made them in a rush and the description stating it's ingredients of said sandwiches is almost laughable. Cucumber must be scarce and mayonnaise must be getting rationed. Ordering online is an absolute no-go. The person following the list doesn't believe in sending you items that you have requested multiples of, but if feeling generous will send you just one. The pasties seem to like switching places and disguise themselves as each other so it's sheer luck if you get the right one. Phoning is a waste of time as it appears there is a policy against apologising so not only do you not hear 'I'm sorry' but they proceed to blame the delivery and/or the online ordering service.... Perhaps this place could do with teaching staff how to read and follow a list that is in front of them, hire Rabbit to make the sandwiches instead of tigger (Rabbit is a perfectionist) and get a bouncer for the pasties so their ID can be checked before they leave...

Ordered food from here using JustEats. They had a cheeky Tuesday 20% off if you spent over a certain amount. Also turns out 20% of your food isn't delivered. Had all the pizza, bakes, sausage rolls all turn up. Spicy bbq bites and wedges didn't turn up £3.25. Southern fried chicken goujons sharing box didn't turn up £6.40. Instead they sent a small box with 4 small pieces of chicken instead which is the single portion of Southern fried chicken worth £3.60.
