Have eaten here twice now, and both times have been unpleasant. But tonight my chicken was pink inside so I called and told them. They told me that there’s no way the chicken could be raw but to come back and get a refund or exchange. So I went back. I had taken pictures of the state of the chicken. When I got there the man behind the counter asked me where the food was. I wasn’t told to bring the chicken, so I told him that and showed him the picture. He laughed at me and said it was ketchup... at no point in my meal had ketchup been involved and it was very clearly not ketchup as ketchup isn’t pink and stringy. After accusing me of lying and rolling his eyes at me several times, he finally said “fine I’ll just give you the refund”. I was asked to airdrop him the image and he continued to scoff at me and roll his eyes. Terrible customer service and undercooked food that doesn’t even taste very nice when it is cooked. I’ve never had the need to post a review before but here’s a warning to anyone thinking of eating here. Will update if I get food...

Good food let down by service. We walked in to order 2 pizza deals, we were told pizzas take 6-7 minutes - which they did. The pizzas were then placed in the heated cabinet where they sat for at least 10 minutes whilst we were stood waiting for them. It got to the point where I had to step forward and ASK for our food. It seems like there’s too many staff doing too few jobs - there’s that old saying that too many cooks spoil the broth. Didn’t even apologise for the fact we’d been waiting whilst our pizzas were sat right in front of us. Staff were also trying to flog a 12 inch chicken and sweetcorn pizza which had clearly been sat there a long time and they were still holding onto it when we’d left. Once we got the food, it was really tasty - pizzas would’ve been better if it hadn’t been kept warm for 10 minutes, fries were great. In what world is it okay to serve somebody a pink burger?! Ended up throwing the bites I had up noticed straight away it tasted funny checked and rahhh.. you shouldn’t serve people this. The drumsticks were awful, Chips were cold. How can you take peoples money ESPECIALLY in a cost of living crisis and serve them this nightmare? Thrown everything in the bin, wouldn’t dare give it to my dog after how sick it’s made me. The only good thing about my experience with Chester’s was the delivery driver who was lovely. Otherwise absolute horror never eating here again don’t waste your money on cheap foods if you’re in a rush and need a takeaway go somewhere where the quality is actually gonna be good.
