The Studio Bar — Restaurant in Manchester

Disgustingly rude staff. Half of the group I was with was unable to drink this afternoon, and we were shouted at from the bar to get drinks or we are getting kicked out. Made us feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed. Came for a chill afternoon and a game of pool and had never been spoke to so rudely by bar staff. Wouldn’t even let us explain that we were going to leave once our friends have finished our drinks. Such a hostile environment created by bar staff...

I ordered a drink that tasted very off and when I asked to change it for something else the bar staff became very hostile. Especially the female who I can only presume was the bar manager. They made a huge scene in front of all the other customers and made me feel very uncomfortable to pour me a different drink.

Maybe this is down to being a student bar and the training isn’t up to standard but I definitely won’t be...
