Crownchy Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Manchester

I only go here at lunch time when they have offers , I personally don't think it's worth it outside these lunch deals

The food is very inconsistent

The spicy sauce on the chicken burger is very nice similar to kansas but again its inconsistent one day it taste perfect the other day its water down also the burger size is between small and medium and never big like other popular fried chicken burger joints like kansas ,philidelphia ,floridas etc The wings are very nice its dipped into some sauce too , the size of the wings are pretty small for 50p each

I order there lunch time pizza offer and they were stingy with the toppings but pizza would of been very nice if they put correct...

Ordered donner burgers which on the menu said they were “beef burgers topped with donner meat” (you even had to pick whether they were 1/4lb or 1/2) but they came with no beef burger on. Rang them and the guy argued with us because they’re not on his menu, we were wrong, we need to put in a complaint on Just Eat instead of with them etc. Very rude customer service. It wouldn’t have been such a problem if they had said it was a misunderstanding on the menu or through Just Eat etc but didn’t appreciate the aggressive tone and to be told we were wrong when we were looking at the menu (have screenshots but can’t post them unfortunately).

Rest of the food was average but garlic bread...

I always get my chicken and specially the chicken wings, they're unbelievable nice and for sure u won't find anything like them anywhere else in Manchester. I get my food from them for year's now and I always collect my order, they are always welcoming and treat you in very professional manner and also very generous. The food always great and delicious and hot and tasty. The shop very clean, top of that price range very great for the quality of it you would pay more somewhere else. So definitely and so proudly I would recommend them to everyone. Best chicken shop in Manchester.
