Fillers — Restaurant in Manchester

Hi, Unfortunately my visit today to Fillers wasn't as pleasant as I would have liked.

I am not a regular customer and that might have something to do with the uncomfortable atmosphere that I felt

Though I would try the Steak sandwich advertised on the menu board.

My request was to add cheese but no mushrooms.

I asked for the onions not to be well cooked. " No problem" the assistant said as the other lady would be cooking them. I didn't think to mention I would prefer a brown barmcake and she didn't think to ask. (As the atmosphere was friendly she was conversating with other customers of which I do think is a good quality) but unfortunately for myself my visit although rare wasn't so friendly.

I wanted to cancel my order as I mentioned that the onions were over cooked the steak meat I think is processed I'm so hungry the bread burnt, onions burnt and the meat well!!!!

Needless to say I will not be visiting FILLERS again. Should have just ate my yoghurt.

Assumptions equals squashed panini! Life lessons and Meaning: don't assume people know how to do their job (Not saying that they don't know how to do it, just don't assume). Because you will have certain expectations and they have different ways or "methods" of doing certain things, therefore give instructions, clear & precise, exactly how you want it and then, and only just then you might get what you really want, otherwise you will get squashed panini, thick crust and fillings leaking out of your sandwich and you will regret you threw...

Telephoned order through and gave a simple order,, Sausage, bacon and egg on toast.
