The Star Grill — Local services in Manchester

My first time ordering from here and never again!!! I'm absolutely fuming and appalled at how my food arrived! Estimated delivery time was between 25-35 minutes only when order was officially placed it changed to 40-60 minutes and it was still 20 minutes late. I had to phone them and they told me they were just leaving to come to my house. Well, considering I only live 5 minutes from the takeaway, I think it's an absolute joke, my food arrived warm, NOT hot. The 3 kids meals i ordered, only one had fries and the other 2 meals had there fries missing.The kebab meal I ordered had a naan bread missing. The fries were soggy the salad was NOT fresh atall and the kids have refused to eat it. So thanks to you guys I still have 3 very hungry children that i now have to cook for!!! Also, I had to go back out to the delivery driver and ask where the drinks were. Never again will I be ordering from here and i CERTAINLY wont be recommending you to anyone, i will be telling them to avoid at...

We ordered them from Just Eat for the 1st time and no doubt it will be our last!

Firstly, the delivery was almost an hour late, we don't even live that far! When the driver did arrive he said "yh I know it's late but give us a good feedback yh"..how professional, no sorry or anything, just concern for your ratings.

All food arrived COLD and the desserts were FROZEN! The pizzas are paper thin, basically covered in no tomato sauce and even worse, they were overcooked and hard. How hard is it to make pizza?! The munch box portion was the only good thing about the entire order however the donner tastes like the microwave brand sold in heron's.. so pretty much rat meat! The sauce provided with it smelled off and needed to be binned.

Overall the entire meal was a let down and we'll be going elsewhere when we want a cheeky...

I don't think they deserve any stars at all !! But because I want to put in a review ...I just gave them a one star. I went to order some food the other day ...it was my first day there. I ordered donner kebab & a drink . They charged me £5.90 ?! When I looked at their menu ...the total should have been £4.10 . ! The guy ripped me off .I asked to get the extra money back but he completely ignored me .then when I asked again he started arguing with me & effin and blindin me . He kicked off with me just because I asked for my money back !! I've never been so humiliated in my life be forever. I ask any one who orders from there carefully look at their prices and don't let these thieving coning take the advantage . Their food is that...
