Is this a public restaurant for both patients staff visitors etc? If so, they wouldn't let me eat in there. I walked in after having my appointment and the lady behind the counter told me it's for staff only and said I won't be served. I was confused as it's a hospital and doesn't make sense. Our restaurant at work! Staff are friendly, always smiling. Place kept clean, food actually tasty, always choices. Pre- packed or freshly made sandwiches available or hot food. Turned up ready for a meal, picked fish chips and peas from menu then got in queue waited 10mins, just to be told got none, that was it two words got none, no sign telling me and other people getting the same response.
