I recently visited Freddy's Chicken & Pizza and had a delightful experience that I'd love to share. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The atmosphere was casual yet inviting, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed meal with friends or family.

The food was decent. Just not what I expected. I had found the place on Just Eat and it sounded great. I was looking for a really good burger. But all I got was disappointed. The menu in store was a lot smaller than it was online. I was looking for a gourmet burger, some of them sounded amazing. But they were nowhere to be seen on the menu when I went in, nor were several of the extras and add-ons.

I settled for a steak burger, which sounded and looked like it was handmade, rather than just the generic cheap mass-produced patties most places use. It wasn't home made. It did taste nice, it was obvious it was better quality steak mince rather than the cheaper stuff. But it was overcooked. Vastly overcooked. I had some turkey bacon on the burger, it was fried to a crisp. Now I love my bacon crispy but that was too much even for me.

Never have I ever experienced such shocking customer service. I received a RAW chicken burger and when I called to explain this to them the disgrace of a human on the other end of the phone called me a liar. I asked if I could please have an email address or number to send images as I understand it’s likely they get some people just wanting free food, he refused this on the basis that I was just a liar. After a very heated argument where he shouted, spoke over me and accused me of being a liar he then went on to say he doesn’t care and I should call Just eat as I ordered through them. It’s a shame I can’t upload images to this review to show the horrible horrible employee that I am not a liar. AVOID THEM...
