Freddys chicken and pizza gorton — Restaurant in Manchester

I wouldn’t recommend this place for food as food arrived cold and very very late, Customer service is very poor over the phone. Had to drive to take away because been waiting for the delivery nearly 2 hours and people on the phone don’t give you the accurate response. This is actually 2nd time delivery was late and food arrived proper cold and fries can’t even eat them. I have placed an order today at 17:01 and food was meant to deliver at 17:45 and it arrived at 18:45. They are only 3 mins drive away from me. They don’t answer the call once they taken the money from you. I have had to go to the take away to find out what’s going on. Customer Service is very very POOR as I won’t be going back there and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Absolutely wasted our time, money and an evening. Burgers were COLD and chicken pieces were looking EXPIRED. Horrible Experience. Be aware of it and try to avoid it especially if you have children. my children went to bed tonight without food as it wasn’t eatable. Paid £47 plus for this order and the disappointing thing is when I went to the take away to find out what’s happening with my order then no one had the decency to apologise for Once. OUT OF ORDER! Ordered a 12” pizza in store, we specifically asked for “NO VEG on pizza, just MEAT, please” - literally basic English. We were in a rush so we thought not to check the pizza at the store, got home and it was everything but meat on there.

Phoned up the store and told them about the situation, they upfront denied that I said “NO VEG” and basically assumed it were my fault. furthermore, mocking me on the phone as I used the term “mate” to him.

If the team weren’t just sat together talking half the time and actually listened to simple instructions, this review wouldn’t have been submitted.

We were offered another pizza, however wouldn’t deliver to M19 and I didn’t want to use petrol to claim the pizza I should’ve received beforehand.

Wont be coming again and will not be recommending it to the majority of M19 - M18.

By the way, your soft drink cans don’t have Any English on them, especially the ingredients -apart from the logo,...

Staff are ignorant none friendly tend to speak in there native tongue to each other while making you wait then looking at you and laughing. I placed an order via the app it said 15 minutes I left it 25 mins walked the short distance round to wait another 20-25 minutes outside with my autistic grandchild as they said it still was not ready. There was food bagged and waiting on the counter from me entering the shop and it was only after me waiting a considerable time that I realised the only customer in the shop that was eating was the delivery man and after he ate his food he picked up the food of the counter and left the shop.
