KFC — Restaurant in Manchester

I was in the drive thru and the man refused to serve me because the order was for 3 people instead of 2. I had drivers behind me and he disregarded me waiting in the queue and chose to refuse to serve me. I was told I must come inside to be served instead. When I went inside to be served as told, the man behind the counter served someone who walked in after me. I was not welcomed or served, only until I alerted the man that I am still waiting for the past 15 minutes. He pulled his face at me for letting him know. Only then my order was taken. The order was shown off the phone and read out aloud for confirmation only to find once I opened it when I left the place that two of the orders placed out of the 3 side orders was wrong and missing too. Served with rubber cold fries to include. The man serving me said to my face with great attitude 'well I've been working since 12pm'. Is this man working and earning for me or for himself?! How cheeky to say this towards your customers. This is the lowest of the low level of customer services from KFC I have ever received to be genuinely honest with you all. Don't bother ordering from this KFC. I don't think they are managed at all from start to end. Absolutely disappointed and shocked this is how they treat their customers. If the staff are not able to provide the service required towards a franchise business then they shouldn't be working there at all. If you can't be bothered then leave your job. Simple. I HAD to share this with you all with great concern to set your expectations of this place in case you are the next one to go through it like me. I won't be the first or last person if this continues as it is. Good luck with your service and order. I wouldn't rate it at all. Nil....

Wish I could give a minus star to be honest. Can not believe I have been put in the position to have to right a review of what I witnessed. Disgusting. A worker who I assumed to be the manager, I'm sure I heard somebody mention the name Asad when addressing him, swore and acted very aggressively towards a colleague while I and my young child waited in line to be served. He then spat in his co-workers face. At this point I decided to not ever visit this kfc again and instead got a macdonalds where the staff seemed much friendlier.

I do however, want to state that, in the past when visiting this store, I was served by a few members of staff who have made each trip here delightfully comforting for me and my family, a polite young gentleman I think I remember his name as Saleh and another young lovely lady. So polite. A few times I have been helped by a lovely young man who I've come to now know as Waleed. You are a credit to your company, and its because of staff like the three of you being the only reason I kept coming back.

I do get KFC every Friday.. usually in harpurhey branch which recently get much better or Hulme that one is the best.

Today I went one to KFC in Fort , first it was difficult to order as man who was serving me couldn't hear me.. I have ordered chicken wrap with hot chilli sauce 2 zinger stucker box meals one just with salad one normal ..

The wrap was the best I ever had so far.. And was happy ..

As soon as I got home opened box and was disappointed, the burger I asked to put just salad on had also cheese on it.. I had checked the receipt as I thought the guy didn't hear me, but on receipt was clearly said no cheeses no chilli sauce .. Also chips weren't fresh at all..

It's a shame because I'm definitely not driving all the way back and my son won't eat it..
