Urban Kitchen — Restaurant in Manchester

By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Stopped off with my daughter to order 3 breakfasts. Staff swearing amongst themselves the whole time. Asked me if I wanted tea or coffee with my breakfast, asked for coffee and they automatically started making white coffees. When I said I wanted them both black she raised her voice and shouted 'well you should have said that then!' Pretty sure coffee starts off black... Surely she should have asked. Another staff member then asked her if I'd paid, she replied 'yes but charge him again, I don't care...' I then took my food and left as frankly I wanted nothing more than to get away at this stage. One of them then shouted 'you're welcome!' as we were walking away... Didn't even get the order right in the end as I'd asked for no tomatoes but got some anyway. I'd ordered from there on about 10 occasions before today and the food is nice and relatively cheap for what it is. Just don't expect to deal with rude and abusive staff when the transaction could have been straight forward. It's a food truck at the end of the day. Take an order (properly), don't swear whilst customers are waiting, take the money, give the food, leave it at...

I went for a treat for my daughter and I was brushing her hair with my fingers I got told to move away from food as they assumed she had Nits , 1. I wasn’t close enough to cause harm if it was nits anyway 2. There should be sneeze shields in place 3. They both were not wearing hair nets 4. The were rude to a gentleman waiting to be served stating ( No point eye balling me I still can’t serve you ) rather then I’ll be with you shortly ? The food was nice which is why we went as have eaten here before until my daughter found a hair in her burger All in all we won’t be back the service...

WARNING.. Check your bill!! THEY OVER CHARGE YOU EVERYTIME and make excuses as to why. Today they charged me for cheese on burgers that wasn't there or asked for and charged extra for onions!! There were literally 4 small bits of onion on each burger and they charged me an extra 50p for each burger!! THEY TRY TO RIP YOU OFF AND THINK YOU WON'T NOTICE!!
