I feel Paratha Royale is located conveniently and benefits from having parking facilities.
Inside I feel the atmosphere can be much better. It feels a bit dull and sorry to say this, as I love supporting local businesses. The decor could celebrate South Asian heritage a bit more, maybe some photos of Pakistani street food. Also some soft background music will be nice and maybe better organisation of the seating area so it doesn't feel congested.
In terms of staff, very polite but will be nice if they are a little more vocal and nice if they ask customers on how the food is, just to add some hosting element to the experience.
Food wise, the puri and halva is gorgeous. The chicken karahi can do with more flavour as it looks better than it tastes. As a chef myself, I would add slightly more salt and maybe a hint of lemon to give it some kick. Perhaps even a little fresh chilli to finish it off.
The paratha itself is tasty and puri is very nice.
I would also give some options of more single items like option for more halva as an add on if you buy the halva and puri taal. It's okay to charge more for thus.
Also some sort of customer loyalty scheme will he nice. For example, collect a stamp with every purchase and after the 6 one you get a free tea or halva pot.
Overall I feel this place has huge potential and with some tweaks, it can be exceptional. Also, it will be nice to have some condiments to compliment the dish, for example green chutney.
Nice place,...
Read moreIt was the first time I’ve been here and it will be the last unfortunately. Upon ordering the food the guy taken the money and this was unusual as normally restaurants take payment at the end in case we want an extra drink or something in between. I search for quality in food, we ordered aloo paratha, paya dish, lamb and chicken seekhs. The only thing that was ok was the seekh kebabs. The paya was ridiculously spicy (too spicy to be enjoyed) the paratha was also crazily spicy and was impossible to enjoy. I didn’t ask for a super extra hot spicy paratha the spice overpowered the whole experience and made it hard to even eat it. All the way home my mouth and throat was burning. It is possible that had the spice level been less than half of what it was it may I’ve been enjoyable. Also the paya dish did not have that stickiness in it and wasn’t runny like it should be I didn’t feel the paya dish was how it should be and I’ve had it many times from different places. My main issue was the level of spice and if I may respectfully suggest that if a customer asks for extra extra hot then give them extra extra hot but otherwise paratha and paya should not burn your mouth off like that it can cause stomach issues that...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Royal Paratha, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The food here is absolutely delicious – every bite is packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and served fresh. Their parathas are not only generous in size but also filled with authentic taste that leaves you completely satisfied.
What really impressed me is how affordable the menu is. Despite the high quality of food and service, the prices are very reasonable, making it a perfect spot for both casual meals and regular visits. You get true value for money without compromising on taste or portion size.
On top of that, the overall experience was top-notch. The service was quick, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. It’s rare to find a place that combines such great food, affordability, and quality service all in one.
I highly recommend Royal Paratha to anyone looking for tasty, budget-friendly, and satisfying meals. It’s definitely a place I’ll be returning to...
