Everything you wouldn't want... Agh. It is possible to be this bad? Firstly, as soon as I came inside, the tables hadn't been cleaned, so was forced to sit with a dirty table. Staff don't clean their tables here, so we had to deal with it. Now that wouldn't have been a problem if the food arrived within reasonable time, but no. In fact, I had to wait 5 minutes at the counter in order to place my order because staff were more bothered about answering the telephone orders and were confused, made me feel slightly neglected. After the wait, I got to ordering... And the person couldn't even find the meal on the order screen... Completely novice and incompetent staff, now I would have taken it more easily if they weren't also arrogant and neglecting towards their customers, and when the order was made, I asked for the receipt, but no. Apparently, customers at this rajas don't get receipts. OK then. Can it get worse? Yes. It can. I was with 4 other people, and 2 meals had arrived in around 5 minutes, whilst the other meals arrived about 40 minutes after. During this annoying and unusual wait, the delivery person for rajas kept coming in and out of the takeout with a delivery of some sort, leaving the door open each and every time. Here we are, being delt poorly, on a dirty table, with ignorant staff, in bitter coldness, freezing to death, hungry, whilst 2 of our people have finished their meals and the rest are waiting ages for their food. When the food arrived (finally) I expected fresh and tasty food to justifiably compensate for the ridiculous wait, but no. The chicken was dull and tasteless. It had been fried hours before and was chewy, definitely not fresh. And the naan was just really poor... And then we saw a customer come back with his food, saying that he wanted fresh chicken, and the staff obediently fulfilled his command. So here's the thing, the staff deal with the customer unfairly and serves more relational customer the better and fresh food, whilst others who they don't have relational terms with are thrown the old chicken/food. Eugh. Makes a person think how on earth are these guys not out of business yet? Maybe because its their relatives who are the backbone of the takeaway... Also, the 3 star hygiene rating isn't the least impressive, but it is shocking, because based on the standards that I saw and observed, even a 2 hygiene rating would have been generous. Please don't waste your time, money, or life having to go...

I have never been to a restaurant where I had a disastrous and disappointing experience before. This is because the overall service that I have received from them were absolutely appalling. Firstly, the food itself (3 Pieces of Chicken and Chips with Spicy Wings) were too greasy despite the fact that it has got too much oil inside it, particularly the fries where it is tasteless as it tasted like a rubber. Secondly, the staff were incompetent because not only that they don't know what they doing but it is also the fact that they are rude and ignorant as they are too busy with takeaway deliveries and being on the telephone most of the time; even though that they had enough staff to serve but had chosen to ignore me instead. As a result, I had to wait between 30-45 mins wait just to place my order. Thirdly, their food menu is overpriced as I had to pay £4.80 just for an entire meal which I personally think that it is ridiculous amount of money that I had paid despite the fact that it is expensive than their competitors. Furthermore, there has been a lack of hygiene facilities because not only that they do not provide a toilet like most restaurants do; however, it is also the fact that they are not even bothered to clean the place down as they had expected me to do it instead. Overall, I felt apoplectic and disgusted about this restaurant because the customer service in Raja's Bradford were amazing and had met my customer requirements but for some reason, this Raja's restaurant had let me down for numerous of reasons as I had assumed that most Raja's Restaurant would provide a similar amount of service; however, I had realised that it isn't the same that I had expected. I would strongly not recommend this restaurant to anyone who were considering of having...

Ordered four pizzas two chicken tandoori and two raja special. All appna style with fresh green chilies, requested delivery for 6.30pm. Pizzas arrived 5.30pm. Ok no worries. It happens. Pizzas all of them had no fresh chilles and when pizzas arrived they were below being warm. My lads had their friends over for iftar. Every one of them said pizzas were of poor quality. When I phoned up at 5.03pm to place the order they said delivery will be 90mins. So I am guessing someone had placed the order and possibly cancelled and pizzas were sat there and instead of making me fresh pizzas they sent me these instead with in 30 mins of ordering. How I know as non of my pizzas had fresh chilies on them. It's not first they have done this.

This spoilt my sons iftar meal for his friends.

I am not reviewing to get a refund or replacement. Pizzas were for an event and it's too late. Won't be placing...
