McDonald's — Restaurant in Mid Devon

I know it was late 01:00 ish but that's not really an excuse for the state of a 24 hour service premises. It looked like a tip. All the bins and recycling facilities were over flowing. I thought that I would have difficulty finding a table that did not have rubbish on it. Went to order at the counter was told that they could not take my order as the till draw was not in place. Walked out in discus, but needed to eat so went back in and successfully used the electronic order board. Only to watch a member of staff put a till draw back in and serve another customer. I had a Big mac meal with tea. Order came out and I found a clear table. Then had to leave my meal to go back to counter as no milk or sugar available from the self service stands for my tea. Presentation of the burger was nothing like illustrated. Fries were hot and lovely. Such a shame the rest of my experience couldn't have been as perfect. Come on Mac Donald that's not...

Went in at 10.02 after driving for hours only to be rudely told they shut at 10.00 pm when I mentioned it was only 2 minutes & that I'd be happy to have anything they had left I was told " Exactly 2 minutes past ten is past closing time & there was food available but as it was past closing they had to bin it & proceeded to do so in front of me" I was absolutely disgusted with their attitude towards customer service and will never use McDonalds again , someone needs to train their staff in decency and customer service! If it had been explained in a nice courteous manner that for example they were not allowed to serve food after 10pm due to health and safety reasons and the staff were friendly and approachable and recommended a different place I could have understood it but to just be told we shut at 10 - not even a sorry, we shut at ten is unacceptable and downright...

We went here a couple weeks ago with my assistance dog and a employee came up to us and said that we don't allow pets . I explained that he was an Assistance dog and he was clearly vested. She came so close in my personal space to read his vest . I suffer from Anxiety and ASD social situations make me feel overwhelmed and my dog needs to be with me. After she left us alone but we had members of the public started staring at us which made me feel uncomfortable my dog alerted because the whole situation was uncomfortable. We've been to this Macdonalds before multiple times and we always have the same employee saying the same things that he's not allowed in here. He's allowed to be in here by law.
