Emerson Valley Kebab House — Restaurant in Milton Keynes

I'll give them 1 star as if you order in the shop you can than watch they do so it may be worth a star, but for delivery forget it save your money and walk to your chippy. I even told the guy over the phone look last time the chicken doner was hot but the lamb doner was cold in the mixed kebab, so can you cut them fresh before delivery yeah yeah I'll take care of you. 30 Mins later so there not even busy the kebab and chips come, this time the chicken and lamb doner are both cold with cold chips. The guy can't even say he wasn't given the heads up, but if I'm going to drive than it has to be Best Original Kebab so thankfully I won't be at this place again anytime soon. To be honest they have already had 2 name changes, and I don't think it will be to long before they change names again...

Absolutely terrible service ordered on line once order went through said there would be an hour and 20 minute wait for a couple of kebabs Really. Took my money so was committed the delivery time came and went wait another 10 mins then attempted to phone shop no answer for 10 mins of constantly ringing finally rang company who took payment who said they had a different number I said don’t want food now as I have been waiting 2 hours at this point and just wanted refund I had to then wait for the company to contact shop.after 2 and half hours from ordering food finally got a refund no apology from shop all we got was we are very busy. Not good enough if you can’t cope don’t advertise delivery service you can’t honour or at least answer your phone terrible service I would never...

One word COLD! We ordered a meal through just eat ( which btw then the cancelled when we called to complain so we could not leave a review on just eat) we called to say our food had arrived cold and the guy on the phone was disgustingly rude! Claimed it couldn’t be cold as he had just cooked it and if he sent a new order it would just be the same he argued with my partner about this for good 5 mins and then finally agreed to a refund then just rudely hung up the phone on my partner. Disgusting behaviour from this staff member we always have had lovely meals from here ever since we moved a year ago and now we will never return to this restaurant which is an absolute shame.
