I would of given them 5 stars they are always very fresh and compared to the one that used to be here and even the one down the road at Melrose It really is night and day. I got bored of the leftovers at Melrose and some times the chips and potatoes were actually cold, they got lazy and really Melrose should just shut up shop or just open on a Friday night when at least the chips were hot and fresh. But after this shop having most of the old customers from Melrose, and I would guess surrounding area they should of left the prices alone. If you have more customers than ever before than don't get greddy, or you could end up like that daylight robbery one there was or maybe still is at Shenley, where the smart people now avoid it like the plague, and the others go there because they shop in M&S and believe in there minds expensive...

I have been meaning to write this review for a while. I’ve never done it before on Google, especially never spent time to share positive feedback. This ‘plaice’ however… is AMAZING!! The fish is light, fluffy, fresh & full of the subtle flavour you’d expect from cod. The batter- equally light and fluffy, full of flavour, and; without that heaviness batter can risk bringing to this British classic.

Service wise- not only are they efficient and polite when collect; they stand out for me re their customer service when delivery order also.

The kebab was just a low level kebab, as you would expect from a food van outside of nightclub. The hilarious thing was they take away the top part of the pita bread so effectively you get half a portion. I’ve never seen that before so essentially they’re ripping you off with the bread. I have added a picture showing what I found after eating the top part of the kebab, which was all salad and a small amount of meat.
