Halley's Comet — Restaurant in Milton Keynes

Well Mum really wanted a BIG party for her 50th so that’s exactly what we did!! I went with Hannah as well she’s amazing, the organisation, the communication, everything was catered to me and my preferences and nothing was to big or to small to Hannah and the details for everything was just perfect! Hannah went above and beyond creating my Mum her dream Mamma Mia themed party to the decorations, back drop, light up numbers and everything was catered to me as Hannah offers different packages to suit all! Hannah did the most generous buffet and the food went down a treat as you could select a variety! DJ Josh was smashing! He really got the crowd going, dancing, singing along and no song choice was too much for him he was just the best also entertaining the children! Simon worked hard around us as he supported the bar always smiling and nothing was to small for him either as he was so helpful and was always there if we needed too! The bar staff was amazing and the drinks were so reasonably priced too! It’s safe to say we had the best night! This pub has undergone a huge transformation! Since Simon and Hannah took on the pub the venue has become almost a second home. The atmosphere, the quality of service and the whole look and feel of the pub has changed for the better. As a young adult I’ve looked consistently for a pub I could call my local and I have well and truly found it at Halley’ Comet. This pub is a fantastic place to bring your friends and family, a heartfelt venue with joyous staff and quality food n drink.. They offer all the services your local pub should offer and more! Can’t express how impressed I am going to this pub, they offer a venue for Pool teams, Darts teams, family functions, live music, live comedy, charity events, cater for birthdays both young and old. They do each and every single event with a huge smile on their face and have genuine interest in what they’re providing, creating a wholesome experience you want to keep reliving. My first visit to Halleys for a couple of years. I walked in to see Anna's beautiful smile. Really impressed that she not only remembered me, but also recalled my name and drink of choice!! The pub looks excellent since the refurbishment and the welcome tops it off. I cannot recall the last time I recommended a pub as a great place to visit, but I feel that Halleys Comet is really worth a recommendation. It might be your first time here but everyone makes you feel welcome and you will really enjoy the new experience. If I was to mark the new Halleys out of ten then j would give it a ten. I believe that with Anna at the helm I will still be giving it a ten in years to come. We'll done Anna, you have turned it round. I only have one request.
