Really disappointed - in my office, we treat ourselves on Fridays and Pronto is usually our go to...regardless of them forgetting things on our order each time!

However this time, they over charged us, put a pizza on our receipt we didn't order and also didn't receive and missed off another item. They then proceeded to argue with my colleague over the phone and refuse to return the money.
