Subway — Restaurant in Milton Keynes

I mostly get a sub for my lunch from here and in some of my visits I was served by a girl and she seems not to care what the customer actually needs. Starting with the entrance to the shop she don’t even care about the customer she finish whatever the work she is doing and then only come and serve. Not only that but also no hello or hi to the customer. And today I went to get a saver sub nacho chicken one. This is my usual one. Normally the other gentleman who serves always ask what are the three veges you need and what sauce you need. This girl also prior to today asks me what three veges you need and what sauce. But today she just put whatever the veges she want and also she just put some sauce in. I dont even know what she put there. If I had an allergy for the sauce she put in ,what about that then? When I asked her cant we choose the three veges and the sauce she replied saying no the saver sub you cant select. But all other days she herself and other colleagues have let me choose the veges and the sauce. Also she didn’t even wrap the sub properly . This behaviour is really inappropriate. What can I say about this subway visit, well let's start with the menu! The joy of subway for me is that you enter pick your bread pick your filling then choose what salad you want, you make your sub your way, however in this one the choice is so limited 12 subs and they tell you how you have it, yes there was the create your own but that was basically only a unplanned mix of the other twelve! I have to say I was very disappointed with the selection and found it very hard to decide as I felt I was being forced into what subway wanted me to eat, not what I wanted! The gentleman serving was very informative about the situation and what was going on, and was very helpful, but I have to say that if all other subways go this way then I will really consider whether to go there if I'm being told how to have my sandwich and not given free choice as have always been used too! Website states the opening time is 7am on a Sunday. Based on this I visited the shop. On my arrival the doors were locked and the sign on the door states an opening time of 9:00am. Had I realised this I would have gone to the Subway down by MK Train Station as there is no difference in travelling time and I can park outside the station for 15 mins anyway. Quite irritating.
